Welcome to LindoniaShop (www.lindoniashop.com). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LindoniaShop, operated by Lindonia LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.

LindoniaShop operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services (the "Services"). The store runs on the Shopify platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Section 1 – Access and Account

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

To use the Services you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping details. You warrant that all information you provide is true, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to anyone else.

Section 2 – Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures and appearance may vary depending on the device you use.

Our cosmetic products are intended for external use only. They are not medical products and do not replace professional advice. Results may vary from person to person.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product. Where you have already placed an order for a product we discontinue, we will fulfil it or provide a full refund.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. LindoniaShop reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. An order is accepted only once payment is confirmed and we send you a confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Separately from these Terms, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use, not for resale.

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.

Standard delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipped from outside the UK, any import duties or customs charges that may apply will be made clear before you complete your purchase wherever possible; where they cannot be, you will be responsible for them.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. LindoniaShop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

The goods are your responsibility only once they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated at your delivery address. Until then, the risk of loss or damage remains with us.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase (or another period we agree with you), you may contact us to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, trade marks, logos, graphics and design — is owned by Lindonia LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. Reproduction or use without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Section 7 – Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding these tools and accept no liability for their use, save as required by law.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

LindoniaShop uses Shopify as its technology platform. All sales are made directly with LindoniaShop. Shopify is not responsible for the products or the transactions.

Section 10 – Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's own policy.

Section 11 – Comments and Reviews

By submitting comments, suggestions or reviews, you grant Lindonia LLC a licence to use them for commercial or service-improvement purposes without additional compensation. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Section 12 – Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to cancel orders where necessary. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Section 14 – Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services where you breach these Terms. This does not affect any orders already placed and paid for, or your statutory rights.

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as set out in this section, the Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the statutory guarantees you have as a consumer — including that goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lindonia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Section 17 – Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Lindonia LLC harmless against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms. This does not apply to matters caused by our own negligence or breach.

Section 18 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Section 19 – Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LindoniaShop.

Section 20 – Assignment

You may not assign your rights without our prior consent. Lindonia LLC may assign its rights, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms.

Section 21 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections or of the right to bring proceedings in the UK courts.

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 23 – Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
